5-Layer Co-Extrusion Tech

By sandwiching the raw EVOH resin shield between two high-performance adhesive layers and structural PEX-a or PEX-b layers, we ensure the delicate gas barrier remains completely protected against mechanical abrasions, jobsite installation friction, and direct physical impacts.

Molecular Cross-Linking Degree

Utilizing high-degree thermal peroxide peroxide (PEX-a) or silane (PEX-b) cross-linking procedures, our pipes achieve a molecular network density exceeding 70-83%. This provides remarkable thermal memory, flexibility, creep resistance, and high-pressure stress endurance.

DIN 4726 Permeability Limits

Our systems easily exceed the strict gas permeation limit established by DIN 4726. The EVOH barrier restricts oxygen diffusion to < 0.32 mg/(m²·d) at 40°C, virtually eliminating the risk of internal corrosion on expensive metallic system components, boilers, and heat exchangers.
