Understanding polymer performance and distribution architectures in modern commercial, residential, and agricultural environments.
As the construction sector aligns itself with strict carbon-reduction policies and energy efficiency regulations, hydronic radiant heating systems have transitioned from luxury installations to design baselines in modern HVAC systems. By utilizing water's high thermal capacity to distribute heat evenly across large floor spaces, radiant cooling and heating systems drastically lower building operational costs compared to traditional forced-air HVAC setups. To support these massive networks, engineers demand extreme long-term material stability, oxygen permeability barriers, and highly secure mechanical joints.
At the center of hydronic systems is the underfloor pipeline. Cross-linked Polyethylene (PEXa) represents the pinnacle of thermodynamic resistance in plastic piping. The cross-linking process, performed via the Engel method, alters the molecular structure of polyethylene into a three-dimensional covalent grid. This structure yields unparalleled resistance to crack propagation, high thermal conductivity, and chemical immunity to acidic fluids. Crucially, high-performance radiant piping incorporates an EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol copolymer) oxygen barrier co-extruded onto the pipe surface, keeping oxygen infiltration rates below 0.1 g/m³ per day, which mitigates oxidation corrosion within copper-alloy manifolds, pumps, and boiler blocks.
Maintains continuous service pressures of PN16 and PN20 at operational ranges up to 95°C without structural creep.
Multi-layer EVOH co-extruded barrier prevents gas permeation, safeguarding steel and brass system components.
PEXa material allows minor kinks or structural deformations to be thermal-repaired using a targeted hot air blower.
A leading factory specializing in the manufacturing of high-performance plastic pipes and fittings with over 20 years of technical expertise.
We are Ningbo Minde Building Materials Co., LTD., located in Zhejiang Province, China. We specialize in producing high-quality plastic pipes and fittings used in residential water supply, agricultural irrigation, and underfloor heating systems. For over two decades, our factory has provided durable, efficient solutions for global water systems.
To ensure our pipes are environmentally friendly and long-lasting, Minde uses imported virgin raw materials, eliminating low-quality recycled polymers. Our manufacturing complex features 45 automated pipe production lines, a computerized raw material feeding system, 85 precision injection molding machines, and advanced laboratory testing equipment. Operating across a standardized area of more than 90,000 square meters, our facility employs over 200 dedicated staff, supported by a specialized team of technical engineers and management professionals.

Our workshop maintains cleanroom standards for polymer extrusion and injection molding. With real-time sensor control for melt temperatures and extrusion pressures, we guarantee that every centimeter of pipe and every structural coupling meets dimensional tolerances.
How we ensure zero defects and high reliability for complex piping projects.
Quality control is central to our production process. We operate three dedicated testing checkpoints: raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final product testing. Each batch is subjected to pressure resistance and material strain testing on advanced laboratory equipment to verify quality before dispatch.
Our commitment to quality has earned us certifications including ISO9001:2022, ISO14001, CE, British WRAS, and Russian GOST. We export our products to over 50 countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East.
MINDE welcomes partners worldwide. Guided by our core principles—INNOVATION, QUALITY, PRICE, and SERVICE—we focus on expanding our market footprint while supporting clients with reliable customer care.

Minde PEXa and PE-RT underfloor heating pipes are engineered to last over 50 years under normal operating conditions. This performance requires maintaining temperature and pressure levels within our design specifications, typically up to 70°C at 0.6 MPa.
The EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) layer blocks oxygen from entering the system fluid. Oxygen ingress can cause corrosion in metallic components like heating manifolds, pumps, valves, and boilers, leading to system degradation over time.
We hold multiple international quality credentials, including ISO9001:2022 for quality management, ISO14001 for environmental standards, CE approval for European markets, WRAS certification for UK drinking water installations, and Russian GOST standards.
PP compression fittings are typically rated for temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C and are ideal for HDPE-based cold water distribution, irrigation, and connection manifolds. For hot-water underfloor circuits, we recommend using our high-temperature Poly PPSU couplings or heat-fusion PPR fittings.
MOQ varies based on the product type. For standard dimensions of PPR and PEX pipes, the MOQ typically ranges between 3,000 to 5,000 meters. For injection-molded PP or PPSU fittings, the baseline MOQ is usually 1,000 pieces per size. Please contact our sales team to discuss specific custom dimensions.
