Explore our premium industrial-grade fittings engineered to secure leak-free interfaces for HDPE pipelines.
We are Ningbo Minde Building Materials Co., LTD., based in Zhejiang Province, China. Our modern plant spans over 90,000 square meters and is completely dedicated to manufacturing high-integrity plastic pipes and connection elements. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, we supply highly efficient water supply, floor heating, and agricultural distribution systems to contractors, municipal engineers, and agricultural developers globally.
To secure the physical performance of our products, MINDE works exclusively with premium, imported virgin polymer raw materials. Our manufacturing facility operates 45 advanced pipe extrusion lines, a computerized centralized material feeding setup, and 85 precision injection molding machines. Three multi-stage quality control gates (material checks, active-line testing, and complete final testing) ensure 100% compliance with international standards before shipping.
Our computerized manufacturing systems manage bulk capacity with absolute dimension stability.

In modern agricultural and civic water supply operations, minimizing joint failures and pressure loss is critical. Polypropylene (PP) compression fittings, commonly known in the industry as irrigation quick-connects, serve as the primary mechanical interface for Medium and High-Density Polyethylene (PE-HD) pipe networks. Unlike heat fusion or solvent welding, these fittings utilize a mechanical compression joint consisting of a locking nut, a split-ring clamp, a thrust ring, and an elastomeric seal.
From a fluid mechanics perspective, these components must withstand intense hydraulic pressures (ranging up to PN16, or 16 bars of pressure) and dynamic stresses, including thermal expansion, soil movement, and water hammer effects. When selecting an OEM supplier, engineers must evaluate raw material specifications, dimensional tolerances, and compliance records to ensure system lifetimes exceeding 50 years.
The integrity of a quick-connect fitting rests on the mechanical interplay of five key components:
Our factory utilizes advanced injection molding machines to fabricate these components. By using premium virgin raw materials, we prevent micro-cracking and material fatigue caused by the high shear stresses common in modern high-pressure irrigation networks.
Across the agricultural sector, climate change and declining groundwater levels are forcing a shift from traditional flood irrigation to precision drip and micro-sprinkler systems. These systems operate at lower static pressures but demand complex layouts with numerous branch connections. Consequently, they require quick-connect fittings that can be assembled quickly in the field without heavy machinery or electricity.
Industrially, mining, municipal distribution, and temporary piping systems rely on compression fittings for fast installation and reconfiguration. The demand for reliable OEM partners capable of scaling production to meet these infrastructure needs is growing. Minde's 45 advanced pipe lines and 85 injection molding machines allow us to produce high volumes of fittings that meet these strict requirements.
Available in PN10 and PN16 ratings, offering certified safety margins for municipal, commercial, and agricultural water mains.
Made from premium, food-safe virgin PP and PPR, complying with WRAS regulations for drinking water distribution.
Custom molds, thread standards (BSP/NPT), and packaging solutions tailored to local market requirements.
Agricultural systems operate in diverse environmental conditions. The engineering specifications of PP fittings must adapt to these challenges:
For project engineers and procurement managers, international certification is critical for product validation. Minde’s manufacturing systems are certified to:
Quality Management
Environmental Standard
European Compliance
Additionally, our components carry WRAS (UK) and GOST (Russia) certifications. This testing guarantees our fittings withstand high-pressure spikes, structural loading, and long-term contact with drinking water.
Reliable components designed for major industrial, civil, and agricultural fluid systems.
Precision machinery and automated processes behind our high-performance pipe fittings.

As engineering standards evolve, Ningbo Minde is developing next-generation piping technologies. Our research and development initiatives focus on three key pillars:
Developing bio-based polyolefins and high-performance polypropylenes to reduce environmental impact while maintaining mechanical strength.
Integrating micro-sensors within compression bodies to monitor flow velocity, temperature, and joint stress in real time.
Deploying automated manufacturing and visual inspection systems to achieve zero-defect quality control across all production lines.
These engineering advancements enable us to deliver reliable OEM and ODM services. By continually updating our toolsets and structural models, we ensure our global partners remain competitive in their respective markets.
