2. How does the EVOH Oxygen Barrier work in PE-Xb piping?
EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol) is a specialized co-extruded barrier layer. Without this layer, hot closed-loop heating systems can draw in oxygen, leading to oxidation and rusting of metallic components like radiators and pumps.
